These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of theventure.tv (the "Site"), operated by Venture ("Venture," "we," "us," or "our"), a video production and video marketing agency based in Denver, Colorado. The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, design, and original video, are owned by Venture or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Work shown in our portfolio and case studies was produced for our clients and is displayed with permission. Client names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and their appearance on the Site does not imply endorsement beyond our working relationship.
Information on the Site about our services, process, and pricing is for general information only and is not an offer or a binding quote. Any video production, marketing, or other services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement, such as a proposal, statement of work, or services agreement. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
When you submit information through the Site, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Project details you send us before an agreement is in place are used only to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Site may include links to other websites and may use embedded services, such as hosted video players and forms, provided by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venture and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Venture and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
